Meet The Team
Erika | Scheduling Coordinator
Erika has been in the dental field for over 17 years. She is a native of San Diego. Attended and graduated El Cajon High School, and has lived in El Cajon for over 30 years.
Erika’s goal is to build long-term relationships with our patients, to put them at ease and help them feel like part of our family. She truly enjoys coming to work every day so that she can help her patients achieve the best oral health possible.
Her favorite part of being a member of Dr. Cluff’s Dental team is working with a positive, upbeat staff. She loves working for a company that gives back to the community and is always looking for ways to stay involved.
She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, trying new things, cooking, baking, shopping and especially soaking up our “Sunny San Diego” weather.
Sheila | Registered Dental Assistant
Shiela has been in the dental field for 25 years. She has enjoyed being a dental assistant. She thinks it’s very rewarding to see patients who are maybe a little apprehensive in having their dental work done then when seeing the results are extremely happy.
She graduated from Santana High School in 1990. She has been with her husband since she was 16 yrs old and they just celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary. Their 13 yr old son will also be attending Santana High School next year.
In her spare time she loves being with her family and friends. They love camping in the desert and having weekend getaways.
Heather | RDH
My name us Heather and I am your Lakeside native RDH. I grew up riding my horse around town and was involved in El Capitan’s FFA and floral design program. My second language is American Sign Language and I have two Associates Degrees.
I greatly enjoy working at Dr. Cluff’s office and visiting with my patients who I grew up with or are family friends and neighbors. My main focus is patient education and satisfaction. I greatly look forward to cleaning your teeth soon!
Veronica | RDA
Hello, I’m Veronica! I’ve worked in the dental field for over 20 years. I enjoy everything about dentistry and love my job! I graduated from the University of Guadalajara School of Dentistry. I love orthodontics which is why I chose it as my specialty.
I traveled all the way from Guadalajara, Mexico to be here in beautiful and sunny San Diego. When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my family and friends and go on weekend getaways with them.
Stephanie | RDH
I always knew that I wanted to work in the healthcare field. Growing up it was my dream to become a nurse or a medical doctor as my Filipino background expected me to be. The dental field is the very last place I thought I would end up.
I was terrified to go to my dental visits because coming from the Philippines, I was lacking good dental care and my first visit to the dentist was not very pleasant. After “surviving” numerous fillings as a teenager and orthodontics as a young adult, I thought it would be great to help others prevent dental problems. I love what I do as a Hygienist! My goal is to provide the best quality patient care while easing dental fears. I want nothing but perfection. I treat my patients like family and the same way I would want to be treated.
I graduated from Concorde Career College with my Dental Assisting Diploma in 2011, then obtained an Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2014 and have been passionate about patient education ever since. Because of that, I have plane in the future to continue my education in Alternative Practice in Dental Hygiene and obtain a Bachelor of Science degree.
I am also a proud mother of my son Adhen Jake, who brightens my every day. I enjoy spending time and weekends with him at the beach, traveling, going to the gym, and cooking for family and friends.
